This programme offers the opportunity to renew organisational practice through the stimulation of engaging with diverse perspectives. These perspectives will be offered through four workshops organised around the theme of practice. Each will provide a number of different frames through which to consider organisational practice: what we do, why we do it and how we might do it differently. The programme will support the integration of these diverse offerings through conversations in “Home Groups” in which participants can test their own sense making and consider how to develop their own practice. Aimed at experienced practitioners/ consultants/ leaders and HR specialists in the field of OD, this unique event is ideal for those who are keen to inquire more deeply into their practice with like minded peers. CONTRIBUTORS Rob Farrands, Director of Figure Ground Consulting and ODN(E) award winner for “Contributions from the Edge of the Field”.
